Oh my, just look at this baby!! Who wouldn’t love to ride this one.. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the world’s most expensive car and just one look at the car makes it worth every penny of its $1,700,000 price tag.

This highly pricey and equally sexy car is also the world’s most powerful car with a registered top speed of about 253mph or 407kmph. Just for the record, Bugatti is a Volkswagen subsidiary and the car itself is named after the racer Pierre Veyron, who had raced for the original Bugatti marquis and won the 24 hours of Le Mans in 1939 with a Bugatti Type 57, with Jean Pierre Wimille.

This beautiful piece of art is also the world’s fastest street-legal car, a car that boasts of achieving 0 to 60 in just 2.5 seconds; and just reading about this car is making me want to kill someone just to hear the whirr of its engines beneath me while I whisk off into the sunset, a la 007 James Bond!

An impressive top speed of 217 mph and a horsepower that goes from 0 to 60 in just about 3.4 seconds are just secondary to this car’s impressive looks. Pagani has done a massive reengineering overhaul with this lady. At such high top speeds, this lady has the best brakes that halt at wish even from its highest speeds.  Who cares about more specs, just look at that car! I was sold on the car the minute I just had a look.

This gorgeous beauty comes in third on the list of most expensive cars with a price tag of $1,600,000. This Lamborghini comes third here but it tops another very prestigious list – it is the most powerful and indeed the most expensive Lamborghini ever built! It can reach 60mph in 3.3 seconds and its top speed is 211 mph.

Apart from the supremely sexy looks that just jump off its sleek design, the fact that this Lamborghini is a limited edition model with its numbers limited to just 20 cars, is the major reason behind the obnoxious price tag. I for one am a sucker when it comes to such doors and I just can’t get over the doors that open upwards. Like most girls, I’d just love the sheer luxury of having been driven around in this one… then maybe I’d die knowing I’d go to heaven…

This ‘very difficult to pronounce the name of’ care comes number 4 if the world’s most expensive cars list and it costs 1,600,000 USD just like the last one. Apart from the cars sporty looks and the cozy feel of a two-door, what actually grab my attention are the headlights. Aren’t they super cute? Ehmm, let’s not get carried away here. Back to the car specs, the Agera R can go 0 to 60 in just 2.8 seconds and its max speed is artificially capped at 235 mph despite it having all the power to go all the way up to 270 mph.

Aha! Finally a name that I actually recognize! The Ferrari Enzo comes it at number 5 when we count down the top 5 super expensive cars of the world, with a price tag of $1,000,000. This 12 cylinder Ferrari super car is actually named after the company’s founder, Mr. Enzo Ferrari.

This very popular car is also known as the F60 and is only sold at auctions as production is capped at only 400 units. Its top speed is 217 mph and it can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. The Ferrari Enzo has beaten McLaren again, this time off the circuit though. The Ferrari Enzo just makes it to our top 4 most expensive cars in the world list by beating the McLaren F1 ($970,000) by just a few thousand dollars (in terms of the super rich and famous of course!)
